Classic Tiger System Kung Fu
Classic tiger kung fu is a very old chinese martial art that can be traced back centuries. Its movements are based on the powerful movements of a tiger, but also has close links with other animal systems including Monkey, Snake, Fish, Lion, Dragon and others.
Tiger is primarily a close range art with several grabbing and striking techniques, but also utilises some longer range moves as well. It emphasizes circular movement and uses both internal and external strength.
The classic tiger system is currently being taught in Oxfordshire (Oxford), Buckinghamshire (Buckingham) and Wiltshire (Watchfield, Swindon). See classes for details.
